Lord and Lady Capulet:
Juliet's parents play a large role in the story. Lord Capulet has a hot temper and demonstrates controlling behaviors. Lady Capulet can often be found comforting her daughter. Both love their daughter very much.
Tybalt:
Juliet's cousin- he is a hot-head that truly despises all Montagues and anyone related to them. He is known as a "dirty fighter" and a "cheat" in the city of Verona. Juliet and Tybalt are very close.
The Nurse:
Juliet's confidant and caretaker. She often refers to herself as Juliet's "true mother" since she has raised her since birth. The Nurse is annoying and rude at times in the story.
Juliet:
Juliet is an intelligent and emotional young teenager. She too rushes too quickly into decisions and reacts upon her emotions within the story rather than using her brain.
